Mrisho Kikwete, President of the United Republic of Tanzania has sent a
condolence message to the Kingdom of The Netherlands following the untimely death
of His Royal
Highness Johan Friso Bernhard Christiaan David,
Prince of Oranje-Nassau. The
message reads as follows:
‘‘His Majesty
Willem-Alexander,
King of the Netherlands,
Prince of Orange-Nassau,
The Hague,
The
Netherlands.
Your
Majesty,
I have received with profound
sadness the sad news of the passing of His Royal
Highness Prince Johan Friso Bernhard
Christiaan David, Prince of Oranje-Nassau. On behalf of the Government
and the people of the United Republic of Tanzania, and on my own behalf, I wish
to convey deepest and heartfelt condolences to Your Majesty and to the people
of the Kingdom of The Netherlands for the untimely death of your brother.
During these difficult times our
thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved Royal family for the great loss. May
the Almighty God rest the soul of the late Prince Johan Friso Bernhard Christiaan David in eternal peace.
Please accept Your Majesty, my
deepest sympathy and renewed assurances of highest consideration”.
