PRESS RELEASE

H.E Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, President of the United Republic of Tanzania has sent a congratulatory message to H.E Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey on the occasion of the National Day of Turkey.

The message reads as follows.

“His Excellency Recep Tayyip Erdogan,

The President of the Republic of Turkey,

Istanbul,

TURKEY.

Your Excellency,

It gives me great pleasure, on behalf of the people and Government of the United Republic of Tanzania and on my own behalf, to extend cordial congratulations to You, and through you to the Government and the people of the Republic of the Turkey on the occasion of the 91^st Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Republic of Turkey.

Our historic bilateral relations are multifaceted and cooperate in many areas such as education, agriculture, trade, tourism and transportation.

 

On this special occasion, I wish to cherish and celebrate these bilateral relations that exist between our two countries. Let me also take this opportunity to assure you that the Government of Tanzania remains committed to maintain and consolidating these relations for the mutual benefit of the people of our two countries.
