Presidente of German Joachim Gauck

PRESS RELEASE

President of the United Republic of Tanzania, His Excellency Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete has sent a condolence message to H.E. Joachim Gauck, President of the Federal Republic of Germany following the crash of Germanwings Airbus A320, on 24^th March 2015.

The message reads as follows:-

“H.E. Joachim Gauck,

President of the Federal Republic of Germany,

Berlin,

GERMANY.

Your Excellency,

It is with great sadness that I have learned about the crash of the Germanwings Airbus A320 which occurred on 24^th March, 2015 with 150 passengers on board, among them, 67 German Nationals.

On behalf of the Government and the People of the United Republic of Tanzania, I wish to convey to you and through you to the people of the Federal Republic of Germany, particularly the bereaved families our heartfelt condolences.

At this time of grief and profound sadness, our hearts and prayers are with the families of the deceased and the People of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Please accept your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.
