Hon. Membe and H.E. Abdullah exchanging Agreed Minutes of the Areas for Cooperation that included sectors of agriculture, infrastructure, railway, trade, industry, trade, investment, energy and minerals, livestock production and fisheries development, and others. The two countries engaged in the first meeting of Joint Permanent Commission of Cooperation held for two days from February 24 to 25, 2013 in Hyatt Regency (Kilimanjaro) Hotel in Dar es Salaam.
