Brasilia hosts a Seminar of International Best Practices between Africa and Colombia

Mr. David Mwakanjuki (2nd right), Minister Plenipotentiary of the Embassy of the United Republic of Tanzania in Brasilia recently attended a Seminar of the International Best Practices between Africa and Colombia.  The Seminar was held on 2nd of September through 5th of September, 2013 and was also attended by Columbian ACP Vice Foreign Minister (3rd right) and participants from Kenya.
