Haule, the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and other Permanent Secretaries from various Ministries listening on during the meeting with APRM's Country Review Team at Mlimani City Conference Centre, yesterday in Dar es Salaam.
