Coordinator of the UN System in Tanzania, Dr. Alberic Kacou yesterday at the Serena Hotel in Dar es Salaam. The Minister hosted the farewell dinner for Dr. Kacou, who had just completed his tenure of four years.
Minister Membe gives his remarks, praising Dr. Kacou for his superb work during his four-year tenure.
