Wizara ya Mambo ya Nje yatoa tamko kuhusu Balozi wa China


Mkurugenzi wa Idara ya Asia na Australasia katika Wizara ya Mambo ya Nje na Ushirikiano wa Kimataifa, Balozi Mbelwa Kairuki (kulia) akizungumza na Balozi wa China nchini Tanzania, Mhe. Lu Youqing kuhusu ushirikiano kati ya Tanzania na China.

TAARIFA KWA VYOMBO VYA HABARI


Wizara ya Mambo ya Nje na Ushirikiano wa Kimataifa imefuatilia taarifa kwenye vyombo vya habari mbalimbali hapa nchini, kuhusu kushiriki kwa Mheshimiwa Lu Younqing Balozi wa Jamhuri ya Watu wa China hapa nchini kwenye mkutano wa hadhara ulioandaliwa na Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) uliofanyika huko Shinyanga, mwishoni mwa juma lililopita.

Taarifa hizo zimeambatana na picha zinazomuonyesha Mheshimiwa Lu akiwa amevaa kofia yenye nembo ya CCM. Habari zinaeleza kuwa Balozi alikwenda Shinyanga kuhudhuria uzinduzi wa mradi wa viwanda vya kuchambulia pamba vinavyojengwa na mwekezaji wa Kichina anayeitwa Tahong, na viwanda hivyo vita kuwa na uwezo wa kuchambua tani 120,000 za pamba kwa mwaka, vitakapokamilika mwakani.

Wizara inatambua mahusiano mazuri yaliyopo kati ya Jamhuri ya watu wa China na Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania na vilevile inatambua kazi nzuri ambayo Balozi Lu Younqing amekuwa akifanya toka alipowasili nchini Tanzania. Kutokana na tukio hili, Wizara inapenda kuelekeza  kwamba kitendo cha Balozi yeyote kuhudhuria mikutano ya hadhara ya vyama vya siasa na kuvaa sare zenye nembo ya vyama vya siasa sio sahihi na kinakiuka Kifungu cha 41(1) cha Mkataba wa Vienna wa mwaka 1961, unaoongoza uhusiano wa kidiplomasia.  Mkataba huo wa Vienna unazuia wawakilishi wa nchi za nje kujihusisha na masuala ya ndani ya nchi ikiwemo siasa wanapofanya kazi zao kwenye nchi za uwakilishi. Aidha, Sheria ya Diplomasia ya Tanzania ya Mwaka 1986 ambayo ni zao la Mkataba wa Vienna pia hairuhusu Balozi au mfanyakazi wa Ubalozi kujihusisha na masuala ya ndani ya nchi.

Itakumbukwa kwamba, katika kipindi cha mwaka 2010 hadi 2012 Wizara ilikumbana na vitendo vinavyofanana na kitendo hiki na ikachukua hatua stahiki.  Na kwa tukio hili pia Wizara  imechukua hatua za kidiplomasia zinazostahili ili kuzuia jambo hili lisitokee tena.

Mhe. Rais apokea Hati za Utambulisho za Balozi mpya wa Italia nchini

 
Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania, Mhe. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete akipokea Hati za Utambulisho kutoka kwa Mhe. Dkt. Luigi Scotto, Balozi mpya wa Italia hapa nchini. hafla hiyo fupi ilifanyika IKULU, Dar es Salaam tarehe 13 Septemba, 2013.
 
Mhe. Balozi Scotto akisalimiana na Kaimu Katibu Mkuu wa Wizara ya Mambo ya Nje na Ushirikiano wa Kimataifa, Balozi Rajabu Gamaha huku Mkurugenzi wa Idara ya Ulaya na Amerika, Wizara ya Mambo ya Nje, Balozi Dora Msechu akishuhudia.
 
Balozi Scotto akisalimiana na Balozi Msechu.
 
Mhe. Rais Kikwete akizungumza na Balozi Scotto mara baada ya kupokea Hati zake za Utambulisho. Mwingine katika picha ni Afisa wa Ubalozi wa Italia hapa nchini aliyefuatana na Balozi huyo.
 
Mhe. Balozi Scotto akisaini Kitabu cha wageni mara baada ya kuwasili IKULU.

Naibu Waziri awatembelea Watanzania wanaojishughulisha na biashara mjini Lusaka



Mhe. Mahadhi Juma Maalim (Mb.) Naibu Waziri wa Mambo ya Nje na Ushurikiano wa Kimataifa akizungumza na mmoja wa wajasiriamali wa kitanzania wanaofanya shughuli zao katika soko la Comesa lililopo mjini Lusaka, Zambia alipofanya ziara ya kuwatembelea Watanzania wanaojishughulisha katika eneo hilo, tarehe 12 Septemba 2013.


 
Mhe. Naibu Waziri akikagua shughuli za wajasiriamali Watanzania katika soko la Comesa. Kulia kwa  Naibu Waziri ni Mhe. Grace Mujuma, Balozi wa Tanzania nchini Zambia na kushoto ni Bw. Mboweto, Mwenyekiti wa Wafanyabiashara wa Soko la Comesa ambaye ni Mtanzania.

Mhe. Mahadhi Juma Maalim (Mb.), Naibu Waziri wa Mambo ya Nje na Ushirikiano wa Kimataifa wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania amewatembelea Wajasiriamali ambao ni Raia wa Tanzania wanaoishi na kufanya shughuli zao nchini Zambia katika maeneo ya Viwanja vya COMESA. Katika ziara hiyo iliyofana, Mhe. Naibu Waziri aliambatana na Mhe. Grace Mujuma, Balozi wa Tanzania nchini Zambia pamoja na Maofisa wengine wa Wizara ya Mambo ya Nje.

Baada ya kutembelea mabanda mbalimbali na kukagua shughuli zinazofanywa na Watanzania hao, Mhe. Naibu Waziri alipata fursa ya kubadilishana nao mawazo. Watanzania hao walielezea furaha yao kwa kutembelewa na kiongozi wa Serikali ya Tanzania na kubainisha kufarijika kwao kwa namna Serikali yao inavyowajali. Waliomba juhudi zifanyike kupanua barabara katika eneo la Tunduma ili kupunguza msongamano wa magari katika eneo hilo. Aidha, waliomba mashauriano yafanyike ili kituo cha mpaka cha Tunduma/Nakonde kifanye kazi kwa masaa 24. Walisema hatua hiyo itasaidia kuondoa msongamano, kuongeza kasi ya biashara, kupunguza vitendo vya jinai na kuiongezea mapato Serikali.

Kwa upande wake, Mhe. Naibu Waziri aliwapongeza Watanzania hao kwa kuamua kufanya shughuli zinazoweza kuwapatia kipato cha halali na kujenga taifa lao. Aliwataka wahakikishe kwamba wote wanaishi kisheria na kufuata taratibu zilizowekwa na mamlaka za Zambia ili kuepusha  usumbufu kwao na kwa Serikali. Aidha, aliwataka wasijihusishe  na vitendo vyovyote vya jinai ili kuepusha kuchafua sifa nzuri za taifa la Tanzania.

Mhe. Naibu Waziri yupo nchini Zambia akiongoza ujumbe wa Tanzania katika mkutano wa kimataifa kuhusu Mkataba unaolenga Kutokomeza matumizi ya Mabomu ya kusambaa (Convention on Cluster Munitions). Kabla ya kutembelea wajasiriamali, Mhe. Naibu Waziri alikutana na kuzungumza na Watanzania wa rika na kada mbalimbali wanaoishi nchini Zambia, mazungumzo ambayo yalifanyika katika Ubalozi wa Tanzania, Lusaka

Waziri wa Mambo ya Nje na Ushirikiano wa Kimataifa, Mhe. Bernard K. Membe (Mb.) amemteua Brigedia Jenerali Mstaafu, Balozi Francis Mndolwa kuwa Mjumbe wa Bodi ya Wakurugenzi wa Kituo cha  Kimataifa cha Mikutano cha Arusha (AICC).

Balozi Mndolwa ameteuliwa kujaza nafasi iliyoachwa wazi na Balozi Wilson Masilingi ambaye ameteuliwa kuwa Balozi wa Tanzania nchini Uholanzi hivi karibuni. 

Brigedia Jenerali Mstaafu Mndolwa aliwahi kuwa Balozi wa Tanzania nchini Burundi kabla ya kustaafu utumishi wa umma.

Uteuzi wa Balozi Mndolwa unaanza mara moja.

Permanent Secretary attends meeting on Thai-Africa Initiative

The PTT Group company is interested in investing in Tanzania's oil and gas industry. A Congratulatory Message to the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan



H.E. Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, President of the United Republic of Tanzania has sent a congratulatory message to H.E. Manmoon Hussain, President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan following his election as the President of Pakistan.

A Congratulatory Message to the Australian Prime Minister Elect



H.E. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, President of the United Republic of Tanzania has sent a Congratulatory Message to the Australian Prime Minister Elect, Rt. Honourable Tony Abbott (MP).
