Permanent Secretary attends meeting on Thai-Africa Initiative


 

 The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. John Haule (Centre), makes a point during bilateral talks with his Thailand counterpart, Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow in Bangkok, Thailand on September 5, 2013.  He is flanked by Ambassador Mbelwa Kairuki, Director of Asia and Australasia (second right) and Mr. Rogatius Shao, Charge d'Affaires of the Tanzania High Commission in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Tanzania delegation to the follow-up meeting of the visit of Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra to Tanzania, was led by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. John Haule. 
 




The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. John Haule, in discussion with Mr. Waranon Laprabang, Senior Vice President of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited of Thailand, who called on him at Sukosol hotel in Bangkok on September 8, 2013. The PTT Group company is interested in investing in Tanzania's oil and gas industry. Others in the meeting were Mr. Rogatius  Shao (Right), Charge d'Affaires of the Tanzania High Commission in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Mrs. Naomi Zegezege (Left), Foreign Service Officer in the Ministry.

Mr. Haule led the Tanzanian delegation, which included the Director of Africa and Australasia in the Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Mbelwa Kairuki and the Charge d'Affaires at the Tanzania High Commission in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Mr. Rogatius Shao.
