Hon. Membe receives Copies of Credentials from newly Designate Ambassador of the Netherlands


Hon. Bernard K. Membe (MP), Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation earlier today received Copies of Credentials from the newly designate Ambassador Jacob Rijkert Theodoor Frederiks of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the United Republic of Tanzania.  The ceremony took place in the Minister's office in Dar es Salaam. 

Designate Ambassador Jacob Frederiks of the Kingdom of Netherlands exchange his views with Hon. Minister Membe during their meeting earlier today. 

Designate Ambassador Jacob Frederiks expresses his country's readiness to continue a further balanced and productive relations with Tanzania in areas of education, oil and gas, and horticulture. 

On his part, Hon. Membe hailed the long standing bilateral relations exist between the two countries, and highlighted the new re-establishment of diplomatic ties with the opening of the Embassy of Tanzania in the Netherlands, whereby Designate Ambassador Wilson Masilingi will take charge.

Hon. Membe and Designate Ambassador Jacob Frederiks continue with their discussion.
