President Kikwete congratulates India on its 63rd Anniversary

The President of the United Republic of Tanzania, His Excellency Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, has sent a congratulatory message to His Excellency Pranab Mukherjee, President of the Republic of India, on the occasion of the Sixty Third anniversary of the Republic of India.

The message reads as follows;

“His Excellency Pranab Mukherjee,
President of the Republic of India,
New Delhi,
INDIA.

Your Excellency,

On behalf of the Government and people of the United Republic of Tanzania, I wish to extend my heartfelt congratulations to you and through you, to the Government and the people of India on the occasion of celebrating the 63^rd anniversary of the Republic Day on 26^th January, 2013.

We in Tanzania greatly appreciate the friendship and partnership which have existed between our two countries and people over the decades. I wish to take this opportunity to reaffirm our continued commitment of working closely with you to further strengthen the existing brotherly relations and mutual cooperation of our people and countries.

Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration and best wishes for your personal good health as well as continued peace and prosperity of the people of the Republic of India.”
