H.E. Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, President of the United Republic of Tanzania has sent a congratulatory message to H.E. PARK, Geun Hye, President elect of the Republic of Korea. The message reads as follows:

On behalf of the Government and people of the United Republic of Tanzania and indeed on my own behalf, I extend to Your Excellency, warm congratulations on your well deserved election as the 11th President of the Republic of Korea.
