Letter of Credence from the Ambassador of Kuwait


H.E. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, President of the United Republic of Tanzania earlier today received Letters of Credence from H.E. Ambassador Yaquob Y. Alsanad of Kuwait to the United Republic of Tanzania, with residence in Nairobi, Kenya.  The ceremony took place in the State House, in Dar es Salaam.

Ambassador Alsanad gets introduced to Mr. John M. Haule, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation.  Left is Ambassador Simba Yahya, Director of the Department of Middle East in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

H.E. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, President of the United Republic of Tanzania earlier today received Letters of Credence from H.E. Ambassador Yaquob Y. Alsanad of Kuwait to the United Republic of Tanzania, with residence in Nairobi, Kenya.  The two expressed the need to rebuild concrete ties between the two countries and increase key areas of cooperation such as trade and investment.
