Hon. Membe holds a meeting with the Head of EUCAP NESTOR

Hon. Bernard K. Membe (MP), Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation today met with Real Admiral Launey, Head of EUCAP Nestor in his office in Dar es Salaam.  The two discussed about the launch of a comprehensive regional training mission which aims at strengthening the maritime capacities of countries in the Horn of Africa and the Western Indian Ocean.

Ambassador Sebregondi (left), explains EUCAP Nestor's objectives that includes strengthening the sea going maritime capacity of countries such as Kenya, Tanzania, Seychelles and Djibouti and a vision to strength the Rule of Law sector in Somalia, by providing training of a land-based coastal police force.
