I have the pleasure and the privilege, on behalf of the Government and the people of the United Republic of Tanzania and on my own behalf to congratulate Your Excellency, the Government and people of the Federative Republic of Brazil, on this important day.
The occasion of the Brazil Independence Day offers us yet another opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to continue working closely with you in further enhancing the existing ties of friendship, cooperation and partnership between our two countries and people.
Please accept, Your Excellency, my best wishes for your personal good health and continued peace and prosperity for the people of Brazil.
