Hon. Bernard Membe in bilateral talks with his New Zealand counter part Hon. Murray McCully, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade. Hon. McCully is also the deputy chair of Commonwealth Ministerial Action Group (CMAG) while Minister Membe is the current chair of CMAG.
