India marks 67th years of Independence

Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, East Africa, Regional and International Cooperation, Dr. Aziz Ponary Mlima addresses distinguished invited guests including members of the Diplomatic Community, Government Officials and representatives from private sector during the celebration to mark 67 years of India Independence. In his speech, Dr. Mlima insisted the importance of Tanzania and India to deepen and strengthen diplomatic and economic cooperation with a focus on increasing investment and trade volumes.The celebrations was hosted by the Indian High Commission in Dar es Salaam.  
Indian High Commissioner, H.E Sandeep Arya delivers his speech in the celebration of the 67th Anniversary of the Independence of India. The event took place at Hyatt Regency, Kilimanjaro Hotel in Dar Es Salaam yesterday.
